Core activity
Our main activity covers port construction, airports, road infrastructure, socio-economic works and production of building materials, with a strong focus on marine works, dredging, breakwaters and coastal protection.
We operate a sizeable fleet of dredgers, tugs and a heavy-lift pontoon, backed by crushing plants, marine and land-based plant, and a multidisciplinary engineering and operations team.

- 1998–2003 — Construction of the residential block with 12-storey towers, Pavarësia neighbourhood, Kosova Street, Vlorë.
- 2002–2005 — Breakwater construction and deepening of the basin for Orikum marina (yacht harbour).
- 2004–2005 — Rehabilitation of infrastructure in the “24 Maj” neighbourhood, Vlorë.

- Construction of the barrier at Petrolifera IT-AL, Port of Vlorë — about 1,310 m of barrier reef; production, transport and placement of ca. 450,000 m³ of stone and inert material.
- Basin deepening at Petrolifera IT-AL, Port of Vlorë — design depth −13 m.
- Butrint lagoon — deepening of the lagoon canal to −6 m.
- Fishing Port of Vlorë — reconstruction of marine infrastructure and basin deepening to −6 m.
- Port of Vlorë — reconstruction of port infrastructure and basin deepening to −9 m.
2010–2011
- Port of Shëngjin — deepening of the entry channel; Phase IV of the contract, basin level −8.5 m.
- Buna River protection, Shkodër — deepening of the Buna riverbed and construction of embankments.

- Repair of the northern barrier at Petrolifera IT-AL, Port of Vlorë — production, transport and placement of ca. 68,000 m³ of stone and inert material.
2013
- Port of Vlorë — reconstruction and basin deepening to −9 m.
